On Wednesday, September 23rd Algin Realty will begin our exclusive fall promotion where YOU can register to win a PATIO MAKEOVER and have your very own backyard retreat!
This promotion is for ALL buyers, agents, and ALGIN REALTY sellers!
Buyers & Agents: For each one of our listings that you visit/show, you will earn one entry regardless if you offer on the home or not. If you put a contract on one of our listings, you will earn three entries! You must have closed on the home or still be under contract in order to be eligible. You must fill out the registration card. Agents, you will be registered by using your Supra key! Please make sure to open the lockbox so you are logged in! If the home does not have a Supra lockbox, please leave a business card in the bucket. One registration card per client(s) per showing.
Sellers: Current listings have already earned one entry each! For any new listings obtained between September 23rd-October 31st, you will earn three entries to win a patio makeover for your new home or you can offer the patio makeover as a buyer incentive on your current home!
October 31st will conclude our promotion. We will announce a winner no later than November 7th.
