Algin Realty has been in full swing this fall with community involvement! We love participating in local events. It gives us a chance to reach out to locals, spread information about our brand & properties, & visit with past and present clients and their families! Realtor Joshua Parker said, “I love events like fall festivals because it gives agents an opportunity to meet with and talk to people in the community that we might not normally meet anywhere else!” This year, we had booths at the Monroe Fall Fest, Madison Chili Cook-Off, Loganville Autumn Fest, H.J. Fox Classics, & the Georgia Equine Rescue League Rescue Challenge.
Monroe Fall Fest
Our theme was “Be Anyone You Want To Be, Live Anywhere You Want To Live”. Here at Algin Realty, we believe that your dream home is out there and we can help you find it. We want our clients’ home buying & selling dreams to become a reality. We had a haunted house Hallo-ring toss with prizes plus treasure chests full of costumes to choose from so you could truly be anything you wanted to! We were busy all day long with adults and kids alike! Thanks to Ansley, Kim, Kristina, Jaclyn, Kathy, & Josh for your help.
Loganville Autumn Fest
Our theme was “Tell Your Peeps Home Buying & Selling Doesn’t Have To Be Scary!” Buying and selling homes, especially for those who have never done it before, can seem like a daunting task. At Algin Realty, we don’t think it should be. It shouldn’t be something that we worry about so much, rather something to have fun with! We had our Hallo-ring toss again plus “scary” peeps and prizes. We also offered up selfie sticks because you shouldn’t have to do everything your”selfie”! Though it was rainy, we still had a great turnout and tons of fun!
Thanks to Ellis, Brandon, Traci, Ashley, & Kristina for working our booth.
Algin Realty’s Tiny House
In the photos above, you’ll notice our cute little wooden tiny house that we tote to events. We bought it last year to be a mobile representative of real estate. It is one room & complete with windows, sofa, built-ins, wall decor, & a horse door knocker.
Madison Chili Cook-Off
Our theme was “Eat Mor Chili”, a play on the famous Chick-Fil-A slogan. Our broker, Ginny VanOostrom-Willett, two of our agents, Vicki Cole & Ashley Johnson, & Katelyn Mines, from our Madison office, dressed up as our “Algin Chicks” with chicken leg socks and feathered head comb. We also had chicken coops and feeders throughout the booth to host all the chili fixin’s.
Eddie Manning & Ansley Willett created and painted a HUGE board to show off our tagline. Check out the creation!

Our chili even won overall 2nd place!! Also, thank you to Randy Johnson & Jerry Cole who cooked our trophy-winning chili & Alan Willett for photography & videography.
Our next big events will be Christmas parades in December!
